Diar Al Manasik International (Diyar Al Manasek International Travel and Tourism Company, CR 4031290230) provides hotel accommodations, visa assistance, transportation, and group handling services for travelers and pilgrims visiting Makkah and Madinah. This notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across our global operations.

When you submit a booking inquiry or reservation request, we collect:

• Contact & Identity Details: Your name, WhatsApp number, email address, nationality, and visa category.
• Stay Preferences: Selected hotels in Makkah and Madinah, check-in and check-out dates, room configurations, guest count, meal plans, and any special requests you add in the notes.
• Security Rule for Notes: Please do not enter credit card numbers, passport numbers, or national ID numbers into the general notes box. Our system tries to remove such numbers from open text fields automatically, but it cannot catch every format. When official travel documents are required for hotel check-in, group rooming lists, or visa processing, our reservation team will request them through our verified communication channels.

• Fulfillment: To verify room availability, lock in your reservation, register your details on official hotel rooming lists, and issue your booking voucher.
• Communication: To send reservation updates, secure payment links, and arrival coordination via WhatsApp and email.
• Compliance: To meet international travel, hospitality, accounting, and local regulatory record-keeping requirements.

As an international company serving travelers worldwide, we process data using secure global infrastructure. We never sell your personal information. We only share necessary booking details with the core partners required to deliver your stay:

• Diar Al Manasik International: Authorized reservation, operations, and ground-handling teams.
• Partner Hotels & Ground Providers: Your name, nationality, and stay dates are shared with your selected hotel properties in Makkah and Madinah to secure your rooms and generate your confirmation number.
• Tap Payments: All card (mada, Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay payments take place directly on Tap Payments' PCI-DSS certified checkout pages. Diar Al Manasik never sees, processes, or stores your card numbers.
• Cloud & Communication Infrastructure: Our website and customer management system run on servers in Germany (European Union), outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; all connections to them are encrypted. We use Zoho for transactional email delivery and WhatsApp (Meta) for direct customer support.
• Google Analytics: Used with anonymized telemetry to measure website traffic and performance.

We retain general inquiry records for up to 12 months. Confirmed reservation and financial transaction records are retained for the statutory period required by applicable commercial and tax laws, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.
